Affiliate Guidelines

1. Purpose

These Guidelines are designed to prevent misleading promotion, prohibited jurisdictional targeting, unauthorised investment language and non-compliant affiliate activity. They apply to all persons who promote, refer, introduce, market or communicate STRDOME products, packages, vouchers, rewards or community opportunities.

These Guidelines are issued by Ccoin Finance Corporate Structure CO., LTD, registered under the laws of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Enterprise Code Number 768281712-000, with headquarters at 1Phon Kham Village, Sikottabong District, Vientiane, Lao PDR.

2. Who Must Follow These Rules

• Affiliates and referrers.
• Community leaders, ambassadors and team leaders.
• Influencers, content creators and social media promoters.
• Employees, contractors, consultants, agencies and external marketing partners.
• Any person who receives money, rewards, discounts, rank benefits, vouchers, NFTs or other value for promotion or referral activity.

3. Core Marketing Position

• STRDOME should be described only using approved product descriptions.
• STRDOME must not be promoted as an investment, passive-income opportunity, guaranteed-profit opportunity or financial product.
• Rewards and commissions are conditional platform benefits, not guaranteed income or investment returns.
• Product availability may vary by jurisdiction and user eligibility.
• Affiliates must clearly disclose when they may receive a referral reward, commission or other benefit.

4. Prohibited Claims

Affiliates and promoters must not use, publish, suggest or imply any of the following claims unless STRDOME provides written approval after legal/compliance review:

• Guaranteed profit, guaranteed income, guaranteed return or guaranteed value.
• Passive income, risk-free income, fixed returns, investment yield or financial freedom promises.
• Claims that STRDOME is a bank, securities product, regulated investment, deposit account, e-money product or financial adviser.
• Claims that any product, voucher, NFT, reward or package will increase in value or can be resold for profit.
• Income screenshots, projections, team-volume examples or personal earnings stories unless expressly approved.
• Urgency or scarcity claims that are misleading, exaggerated or not officially approved.
• Statements that legal restrictions, jurisdiction rules, tax obligations or compliance checks do not apply.

5. EU/EEA and Restricted-Jurisdiction Rules

• Do not target EU/EEA residents or restricted jurisdictions unless STRDOME provides written approval under a documented legal/compliance process.
• Do not create EU-country landing pages, EU-language funnels, EU-focused webinars, EU-focused groups or EU-targeted paid ads without written approval.
• Do not distribute affiliate links through EU-focused messaging groups, social media channels, local community channels or events without written approval.
• Do not use EU testimonials, EU success stories, EU event materials or EU country-specific claims without written approval.
• If a potential user asks about availability in their country, use only the approved statement: "Product availability depends on jurisdiction, eligibility and compliance review. Please check the official STRDOME notices or contact support@strdome.com."

6. Approved Materials Only

Affiliates and promoters may use only materials approved by STRDOME. Any changes to approved materials require re-approval before publication.

1. Submit proposed material to STRDOME before publication.
2. STRDOME checks product description, target jurisdiction, claims, call-to-action and referral mechanics.
3. Legal/compliance review is required for EU/EEA-facing, restricted-jurisdiction, reward-related or financial-sounding content.
4. Approved material may receive an approval ID, approval date or expiry date.
5. Expired, edited or repurposed materials must be re-approved before use.

7. Channel Rules

• Paid ads may not be run using STRDOME names, keywords, logos or claims without written approval.
• Messaging groups, webinars, calls, events and presentations must not be used to pressure, mislead or solicit users in restricted jurisdictions.
• Social media posts must be accurate, balanced, non-misleading and compliant with these Guidelines.
• Affiliate links must not be hidden, disguised, spammed or distributed through unlawful or deceptive methods.
• Affiliates must not impersonate STRDOME, use unofficial support addresses or present themselves as authorised legal representatives.

8. Mandatory Disclosures

• Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive rewards or commissions for referrals.
• Affiliates must not hide commercial relationships or present themselves as neutral reviewers if they receive benefits.
• Affiliates must state that products and rewards are subject to eligibility, jurisdictional restrictions and platform rules.
• Affiliates must not claim that STRDOME guarantees profit, income, resale value, liquidity or financial results.

9. Monitoring, Takedown and Enforcement

• STRDOME may monitor public and semi-public channels for compliance.
• STRDOME may request removal or correction of non-compliant content.
• Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, commission withholding, clawback, account closure or legal action.
• Rewards generated through prohibited promotion may be cancelled or recovered.

10. Approved Short Description

Affiliates may use the following approved short description unless STRDOME provides a replacement:

"STRDOME provides access to digital products, vouchers, community features and conditional reward/referral tools, subject to eligibility, jurisdictional availability and platform rules."
