Risk & Jurisdiction Notice

1. Purpose of this Notice

This Risk, No-Investment and Jurisdiction Notice applies to STRDOME users, purchasers, voucher holders, referrers, affiliates and reward participants. It is intended to explain important limitations, risks and eligibility restrictions in plain language.

STRDOME is operated by Ccoin Finance Corporate Structure CO., LTD, registered under the laws of Lao PDR, Enterprise Code Number 768281712-000, with headquarters at 1 Phon Kham Village, Sikottabong District, Vientiane, Lao PDR.

2. No Investment

STRDOME products, packages, vouchers, rewards, commissions, bonuses, ranks, NFTs or blockchain-based records are not offered as investments, securities, financial instruments, deposits, e-money, asset-referenced tokens, interest-bearing products or guaranteed-income opportunities unless expressly confirmed in a legally reviewed product notice for a specific feature.

Users should not purchase, redeem, promote, refer or participate based on an expectation of profit, appreciation, passive income, guaranteed value, liquidity, resale opportunity or future financial benefit.

3. No Financial, Legal or Tax Advice

STRDOME does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, regulatory or accounting advice. Users and affiliates are responsible for obtaining their own advice before making decisions, participating in referrals, accepting rewards, purchasing digital products or using vouchers.

4. Jurisdiction and Availability

Product availability, referral participation, affiliate activity, rewards, purchases and voucher redemption may vary by country, region, user status, compliance review and applicable law.

• STRDOME may restrict, delay, suspend or refuse access to any product, feature, voucher, reward, commission or affiliate activity based on jurisdictional or compliance considerations.
• Users must not access STRDOME from restricted jurisdictions or where use is prohibited by applicable law.
• Users must not use VPNs, proxies, false country information, nominee accounts or other methods to bypass restrictions.
• A feature appearing on a website or in a user account does not mean that the feature is available to every user or in every jurisdiction.

5. Referral and Affiliate Risk

Referral and affiliate benefits are conditional and may be withheld, reversed, cancelled or clawed back if generated through prohibited promotion, fake accounts, self-referrals, misleading claims, restricted-jurisdiction activity, chargebacks, fraud or breach of STRDOME rules.

Affiliates must not describe STRDOME as a guaranteed income opportunity, passive-income system, investment product or financial service.

6. Digital Product and Voucher Risk

• Digital products and vouchers may be account-bound, non-transferable, non-resellable or soulbound where stated.
• Vouchers may be redeemable only through the official STRDOME user flow and subject to account and jurisdiction checks.
• Digital items may depend on technical systems, account status, third-party infrastructure, blockchain networks or platform availability.
• STRDOME does not guarantee that any item will have resale value, market value, liquidity or buyer demand.

7. Technology and Operational Risk

STRDOME may be affected by outages, maintenance, cyber incidents, bugs, third-party failures, payment delays, blockchain network issues, regulatory changes, account restrictions, security checks or force-majeure events. Users should not rely on uninterrupted access or permanent availability of any specific feature.

8. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Notice excludes consumer-protection, data-protection or other mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
